WHAT WE ARE GOING TO DO...

We have been given the task to create a promotional package for new and original film. We must also include a teaser trailer and either a poster or magazine cover promoting the film or web site home page.

In our first we were asked to focus on the genre and sub genre of what our film will be and we focused on the plot of our film and the characters which would be part of our trailer. We decided on our target audience and who would most likely to enjoy watching our film. We then decided on the institution in which we want to make our film and the unique selling point of our film. 

The genre of our film will be thriller with a sub genre of a love interest. We will create a film trailer for this. We have researched into why people like to go and see this type of film with meeting the criteria of the uses and gratification theory: ( I have published this part in my last post)
